On Wednesday 2 May LG will announce its latest flagship, the G7 ThinQ, at a special press conference in New York. If you’re looking for a live stream of that event then we’re afraid you’re out of luck: LG has this afternoon confirmed to Tech Advisor that there will not be one.
Fear not, though, as we’ll be bringing you

Plus, there’s not a lot we don’t already know about the new LG flagship. The company has itself already confirmed the following details:

- AI: G7 ThinQ will build on the AI smarts of the V30S in voice recognition and Vision AI camera integration, and improve connectivity with other LG consumer tech
Other rumoured specifications include Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, up to 6GB RAM, a 16Mp dual-camera, a rear fingerprint scanner, IP68 waterproofing and a 3000mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.0 and wireless charging. In the UK the LG G7 ThinQ is tipped to retail at around £600.
