How to mute Tweets – iOS mobile app
• Open notifications
• Click settings
• Select ‘muted words’
• Tap ‘Add muted word or phrase’
• Enter the word, phrase, username, emoji or hashtag you want to mute
• Hit Save
• Hit Done
How to mute Tweets – Android mobile app
• Open notifications
• Click settings, then notification settings
• Select ‘muted words’
• Tap the ‘+’ icon
• Enter the word, phrase, username, emoji or hashtag you want to mute
• Hit Save
How to mute Tweets – web version
• Click your profile picture in top-right corner
• Select Settings
• Click on Muted words (or Muted accounts for users)
• Enter the word, phrase, emoji or hashtag you want to mute
• Hit Add
